Project Goals
These are the overall goals that serve as a guiding light for the Frog development team when we’re implementing new feature, fixing bugs and are otherwise working on or thinking about Frog. It is our mission statement, our criteria for accepting enhancement requests, etc.
Frog should:
- remain light-weight
- be fast
- be simple to work with
- be easy to install
- be well-documented
- be extensible
Some implications of this:
- Frog core will remain light-weight and won’t carry a lot of features
- Many/most features will be implemented as plugins
